Phil Sisk
Phil Sisk is President of Global Software where he oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the company. With over 19 years in the public safety industry, he brings extensive expertise in management, system implementation and sales. Previously, Phil held positions with Intergraph Public Safety and Aether Mobile Government (Cerulean) with responsibilities that included project management and system implementation, training and sales. He is a 1985 graduate of Jacksonville State University (JSU) in Jacksonville, Alabama and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Computer Science. JSU is also the home of the APCO Virtual College .
Jeff Pugh
Vice President of Operations Jeff Pugh brings more than 17 years of software development and information technology expertise to Global Software. In 1997, Jeff joined the company as Manager of Software Development and in 1999 was promoted to Chief Technology Officer. During his first three years at Global Software, Jeff was instrumental in building the technology and service departments. Jeff returned to the Global Team in 2004 after three years of running his own business. Jeff attended the University of Oklahoma from 1989 to 1993 where he studied Computer Science and Health & Sports Science.
