Global mReach™ – A mobile CAD Client application written in VB .NET, Global mReach offers digital dispatching, integrated GIS Mapping, car-to-car and car-to-dispatch messaging; plus document distribution. mReach utilizes wireless technology to provide call information, location cautions and location history to mobile units. Global mReach integrates with Global Dispatch and Global Records software.
Global Records™ – A complete, user-friendly, cost-effective multi-agency law Records Management System (RMS) suitable for public safety and private security use. Global Records utilizes a centralized Microsoft® SQL server database and centralized Master Indexes for names, vehicles and locations. Global Records is intuitive and easy to navigate with the mouse or keyboard.
Global Justice™ – An advanced multi-agency law enforcement Records Management System (RMS), built on Microsoft® .NET framework. Global Justice utilizes a centralized Microsoft® SQL server database and centralized Master Indexes for names, vehicles and locations. With Global Justice’s multi-agency, multi-level security multiple agencies can share information, while maintaining a granular level of security; and controlling configuration options per-agency.
Global Justice Field Reporting™ – Global Justice’s Field Reporting module combines the mReach™ CAD Client with a scaled version Global Justice™ RMS that supports Master Indices (Name, Vehicle and Location), Field Interviews, Incidents (including persons, vehicles, locations, narrative and property); plus case management. With Field Reporting the unit can utilize current and prior call information, search the RMS Master Index and NCIC database with a single search function. Returns from the RMS Master Index include warrants, BOLO, cautions, address, phone, aliases, associates, affiliations and mugshot.
Global mTrak™ – Global mTrak provides integrated Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) technology. mTrak is integrated with Global Dispatch and mReach providing GIS location information, which agencies can readily view from the map display.
