Law Records Management System for the Secure Community - Built on the Latest Technology from Microsoft®

Global Justice is an advanced multi-agency law enforcement Records Management System (RMS), built on the Microsoft® .NET framework. Global Justice utilizes a centralized Microsoft® SQL server database and centralized Master Indexes for names, vehicles and locations. With Global Justice’s multi-agency, multi-level security, multiple agencies can share information while maintaining a granular level of security and control configuration options per-agency.

Global Justice MRI - At the heart of a Records Management System are the master indexes for people and locations. Managing the integrity of this data is an essential part of a department’s daily operation. Agencies spend countless hours in an effort to detect and eliminate duplicate names and invalid locations in their system. To address this time consuming issue, the Master Record Inspector (MRI) was developed, which automatically determines if potential duplication exists.

Comprehensive Field Reporting - Global Justice's Field Reporting module combines the mReach™ CAD Client with a scaled version of Global Justice™ RMS that supports Master Indices (Name, Vehicle and Location), Field Interviews, Incidents (including persons, vehicles, locations, narrative and property); plus case management. With Field Reporting the mobile laptop can utilize current and prior call information, search the RMS Master Index and NCIC database with a single search function. Returns from the RMS Master Index include warrants, BOLO, cautions, address, phone, aliases, associates, affiliations and mugshot.
